Important Notice: Suspension of Shipments to the United States

Thank you very much for using our products and for your continued support.

At present, we are unable to ship our products to the United States. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause our valued customers in the U.S.

Our overseas shipments are handled via Japan Post EMS. Recently, Japan Post has informed us that shipments to the United States are temporarily suspended due to import tariff regulations.

We are currently considering alternative solutions to make our products available to customers in the U.S. again. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding while we work on this matter. 

Tomiyama normally delivers ordered products within 12 to 24 hours from order submission (only for credit card and Paypal payments). If you decide to pay with bank transfer, your order will be dispatched as soon as Eliteak receives the payment confirmation from its bank.

Tomiyama collaborates with an international express courier throughout Europe.

Standard delivery usually takes 3/7 working days and goods are delivered to the specified address (or closest reachable location).

Order tracking

You can track your delivery in real time. As soon as the shipment starts, you will get an e-mail with the delivery code and a link to the courier Web site. Deliveries during holidays

In mid August and during Christmas holidays, deliveries may be slower due to the high workload to be handled by couriers. If you want to place an order in these periods, please contact us in advance to agree on a reliable delivery deadline.
