Long-waited highly water resistant kakishibu coating

☆This coating is good for places where you use a damp cloth to wipe and clean, such as floors!

How to use

(1)Thoroughly mix 1.8 liters of kakishibu with 1.8 liters of Kakitomo (coating area: 45 m²/3.6 L).

(2)Apply in a specific direction with a brush for water-based coatings. (Do not wipe.)

(3)After letting it stand for one to two days to dry naturally, you can use the coated object.

*Please contact us if you want to add water repellency or speed up the color saturation process.

*The more coats you apply, the stronger the effects of the coating.

How to store Kakitomo

Do not store Kakitomo in a place exposed to direct sunlight; store in a cool, dark place.

Note:

(1)Remove iron powder and dust from the wood surface. Since kakishibu reacts with iron and turns black, do not use any ironware.

(2)Since the mixture of kakishibu and Kakitomo turns into a gel over time, be sure to use it all. (Particularly in summer, it easily turns into a gel due to the high temperature.)

(3)Kakitomo has been tested with kakishibu from our company.

Please do not use kakishibu products that contain chemical additives since it will lower the strength of the coating film, leading to a bad finish.

Please use this product within six months after the date of manufacture.
